Located just outside of Gainesville in Newberry, Walkers Ridge is a gated community offering the flexibility of an open builder program—allowing homeowners to bring their own custom builder while maintaining consistent community standards. While Walkers Ridge is an open builder community, all builders must be approved by the Architectural Review Board prior to construction and adherence to community standards and deed restrictions
Homes must have a minimum of 2,100 square feet of heated and cooled living area. There is no required timeframe to begin construction after purchase; however, once construction has commenced, homes must be completed within 24 months.
